Four other ways to help you smoothen your interactions with others and be HaPpy!

1. Forgive Behaviour

How many times have you thought of doing something only for it to turn out bad?
Or how many times have you wanted to reach out and say hi or talk to someone but your body didn’t co-operate?
The way we behave doesn’t necessarily reflect our true thoughts.Remember this when someone acts out of character and behaves in a way you don’t approve of.
There’s a high possibility the person you’re mad at right now didn’t mean to annoy you.

2. Do Something Nice And Don’t Tell Anyone About It.

We tell others about our acts of kindness to let them know how nice we are and to seek approval.
If you keep your act of kindness to yourself without ever telling anyone the feeling of positive energy lasts much longer.

3. Admit It When You Have Made A Mistake

Don’t blame others or hide behind someone else. Hold your hands up and admit you made a mistake, no matter what the consequences are. You will be much more respected this way. However, don’t take the blame for others….the only person who did that was Jesus Christ and even though it was his mission things had gotten so serious He told God that if it weren’t his will He wouldn’t do it. So don’t play Jesus.

4. Always Over deliver On Your Promises.

Now that seems tough for those who make promises to please and give a false sense of hope.
If you say your going to do something, don’t just do it and get the job complete, make sure you over deliver on everything you do
If you make this your underlining principle, you will stop making promises for the sake of it and really mean it when you do so.

Have a better day!
